The company owner should have the choice of deciding who wants to work in their store. In most cases, the company needs to project a certain image. If the person being hired is qualified, and can do their job well, I don't see why they can't respect a dress code. Dress codes are enforced at places of work all the time, so why should this be any different. As long as the company is not racial profiling, the company should be able to do whatever they want.

Angel and I would open up a clothing store that would consist of button up shirts with ties, and dresses that go with every day apparel. People would think of our store as Ah-maze-zing! It could be one of those stores you see while strolling or driving down El Paseo.

In Hacsi's article, "Stop Waiting For A Savior," he argues that schools in the United States should be run by people that educated, dedicated to the school system, and deserving, not just somebody the public likes. I agree with this statement because the position should go to someone that is qualified and dedicated to making my school experience better.

Today in class, we had an active discussion about one of the student's essay. Since we all know how to evaluate an essay, we all participated in correcting it.
